The deployed quality management system covers SNRI / VVS and thus all our activities: from the valves material design until maintenance passing through manufacturing, tests/controls, commissioning support.

VALCO Group France puts the customers satisfaction at the heart of its activity. Concerned about being able to meet the customers’ requirements, the Management involves all the company resources to ensure efficiently and sustainably the products quality and the fulfillment of its commitments, particularly in terms of delivery time, while developing and improving activities. The management system is deployed on these guiding values bases.

It enables:

  • to ensure our activities control;

All the development processes take part in our products quality control, notably through the following activities:

Control of the product quality

CONTROL

The checking of products compliance with respect to the customer and/or internal requirements is performed throughout the following operations:

  • supplier receipts,
  • inlet controls (receipt),
  • controls during manufacturing,
  • Final control.

All our controls / verifications are performed with suitable means.
We internally implement the following controls:

  • Dimensional control by conventional means or tridimensional,
  • PMI (Positive Material Identification)
  • Micrograph
  • Dye penetrant inspection
  • Hardness (Brinell, Rockwell, HV micro hardness, Shore)
  • Ultrasonic thickness measurement (checking of the stellite thickness)
  • Cryogenic testing with central data acquisition system
  • Vacuum sealing
  • Checking of paint application (thickness measurements, strength test…)
  • Ferrite level checking
  • Pressure, operation test

All our nozzle fitted devices (BW) are systematically subject to a dye penetrant testing of the BW.

All our products are unitarily tested for resistance and tightness, as well as in running mode according to the recognized norms and standards (NFEN 12266 or API).

Bunker

  • In constant evolution and to stay as close as possible to the market needs, SNRI goes on investing and acquires a bunker to perform some hydraulic and gas « high pressure » tests safely.
  • This safe enclosure is fitted with a remote control terminal, a test bed as well as containers in which the products can be immersed in liquid nitrogen for extreme condition tests (-196°C).
