Valco Group France announces agreement to acquire the group D2FC and its entities D2FC Energy Valves, D2FC Services and D-KTC Fluid Control, a leader in designing, manufacturing and selling high performance products for Water, nuclear and Oil & Gas industries all over the World.
With its expertise and the benefit of 30 years’ experience, the Group D2FC has developed a complete range of valves with specific characteristics dedicated to Hydropower applications, especially large butterfly valves and high pressure ball valves (with movable seats). D2FC is also designing and manufacturing turbine bypasses built of multi-jet sleeve valves.
Nowadays, D2FC Energy Valves is known as a Worldwide Specialist for high standards quality hydrovalves. In addition to reliable, safe and optimized hydro-solutions for our customer satisfaction, D2FC is a key partner through its servicing teams that are dedicated to onsite product installation.
The acquisition would represent a new milestone in the development of Valco Group France (SNRI SAS, Guichon Valves SAS, Malbranque SAS, Valco Valves Services SAS and its International subsidiaries (Australia, Algeria, South Africa, China). The Group is specialized in the design, manufacture and maintenance of complex industrial globe, gate and check valves for the oil & gas sector, power generation and industrial markets. Main applications for valves developed by Valco Group France include LNG/LPG carriers and terminals, nuclear power plants, refineries as well as paper processing and chemical plants. Valco Group France has been manufacturing industrial valves for over 60 years in its current location in Ruffec, France. As a company integrated to Valco, the Group D2FC will benefit from Valco’s international presence on the sales side and from purchasing and industrial synergies.
The finalization of the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed before the end of June 2017.

In charge of selectionning reknowned fabricants from each branch of the nuclear sector, FDEN has chosen Valco Group for their technical & industrial expertise in nuclear valves and in their continuing efforts and means in becoming a major participant.

The acquiring end of 2015 of Guichon valves, specialized in customized products for nuclear applications and also technical studies, has come to strengthen wholly this business.
